The Form1 Canberra business has been a labour of love and friendship for over a decade. And our story goes something like this…
Over 11 years ago, I met Justin O’Malley by chance. Fast forward 12 months and there we are, sipping coffee together in a Sydney café.
As I sat and listened to Justin talk, about his life, his work, and share his story, I knew one day we would be in business together.
When it comes to business it’s often hard to find people who are on the same page as you. Justin spoke so highly of his staff and his clients. One thing I discovered that day was that he genuinely cared for them and wanted to do all he could to look after them.

Justin is one of those guys who is all about building long-term relationships. He also focuses on ensuring all work is done to the highest standard and keeping his customers happy.
There was so much he stood for.
Building Canberra
Ten years ago, on the 26th of January, 2013, Justin and I started Form1 Canberra and during that time we became the best of mates.
Outside of work we have now been on eight Variety Bash Children’s Charity events together, travelled overseas, and built an amazing business that has grown to something bigger than we ever could have imagined.
If you know me well you’ll know I am a great believer that a successful business always comes down to the people and we could not have come this far without our incredible staff, clients, and suppliers.
With the help of Justin’s other Canberra-based business, GLS, Form 1 Canberra has now grown to over 25 staff.
I never take these achievements for granted and the growth of our business is something I reflect on often. I can say I am incredibly proud and grateful to all those who have been involved at Form1, especially Justin.
