Form1 Group is proud to welcome our new Group Operations Manager, Roger Stabelmann.
Roger’s career stretches over three exceptional decades and encompasses extensive experience in both the fire and construction sectors. In Operations and Project Management roles, Roger has overseen diverse teams, orchestrated large-scale projects, and skillfully executed strategies to elevate business performance.
Roger, 30 years is a long time in any career – what does the fire industry mean to you?
It is a long time – I started in 1993. I like the fact we’re protecting life and property and giving something back.
If you could possess one superpower to make your job easier, what would it be and why?
Being in multiple places at the same time. And telepathic powers would be good, for staff and clients.
What are you looking forward to in your new role?
Helping develop the business, refining processes, and continuing to support the team to work as one across the Group. I appreciate that Steve (CEO) is so closely connected and involved in the business.
Why Form1?
I like the diversity we offer between the different services – we’re not just fire, we’re electrical, HVAC and training! I spent a lot of time in construction and wanted to move across to the service side. Plus, I’m a Licensed electrician. I’m excited to be in an environment that is extremely professional, compliant, and has a great level of integrity.
